For finance & capital markets events

Sponsors get proof,
not exposure.

Replace the paper swag bag with one QR code. Attendees verify with the email they registered with and browse your sponsors' offers on their phone. You get views, opted-in leads, and raffle entries per sponsor — the evidence that renews sponsorships.

One bag, a whole week

A finance week is never one event

It is a breakfast, a ceremony, an executive dinner, and several side sessions across several days — and attendees move between them. One virtual bag covers the whole week. Each offer is tagged to the specific events it belongs to, so an attendee only sees what is relevant to the sessions they are at.

Monday

  • Opening ceremony
  • Executive dinner

Tuesday

  • Networking breakfast
  • Afternoon session

Wednesday

  • Networking breakfast
  • Afternoon session
  • Executive dinner

Thursday

  • Networking breakfast
  • Afternoon session

Tagged to the moment. A breakfast sponsor's offer appears on Tuesday morning; a restaurant offer surfaces around dinner. The bag re-orders itself around the sessions each attendee actually attends — not a static list printed months earlier.

The problem in financial events

Every sponsor pack promises exposure. Almost none of it can be measured.

The result: sponsorship is hard to price, hard to prove, and hard to renew. Here is the same event-week budget, spent two ways.

The paper swag bag

Unmeasured
  • Printed programmes and swag bags assembled, shipped — then thrown away
  • Sponsors pay for a table and a flyer, with no proof of value afterwards
  • No list of interested attendees; renewal talks run on goodwill, not evidence
  • Event teams chase logos, copy, and PDFs by email until the doors open
  • Attendees carry paper they don't want and lose the offers they did

The virtual gift bag

Measured
  • One QR code on signage, badges, and slides — nothing to print or ship
  • Per-sponsor offer views, opted-in leads, and raffle entries, exportable to CSV
  • Warm leads with names, companies, and job titles — not badge scans
  • Sponsors build and edit their own offers; your team simply approves
  • Attendees keep every offer on their phone and follow up after the event

The renewal conversation now has numbers in it.

Three stakeholders, one platform

Walk through it from each seat at the table

A full admin dashboard — without the admin work

Set the event week up once, import the registration list, and let sponsors do their own data entry. You keep editorial control over everything attendees see.

  1. 01Set event-week name, dates, venue, contact, and branding in Settings
  2. 02Import the attendee email allowlist by paste or file upload — minutes of work
  3. 03Invite sponsors with their own logins; review, approve, edit, or reject submissions
  4. 04Monitor offer views, leads, and raffle entries live during the event week
  5. 05Draw raffle winners in one click — the winner is emailed automatically
  6. 06Export attendees, sponsors, submissions, and leads to CSV for your CRM

Included, today

  • Attendee allowlist import from your registration system
  • Sponsor approvals and card running order
  • One-click raffle draws with automatic winner email
  • Lead status tracking (New / Contacted)
  • Per-sponsor analytics for renewal conversations
  • Multiple admin users — invitations, no shared passwords
  • Content quality checks on sponsor submissions

Dual solutions

One platform, pitched two ways

Both segments matter equally — they just buy for different reasons.

Path A — Associations & member non-profits

Renewal evidence for your sponsors, new inventory for your team

For finance associations, treasury bodies, and professional member organisations running one to three conferences a year — where sponsorship income carries the budget.

  • Sponsor renewal evidence: views, leads, and raffle entries per sponsor turn 'we hope it went well' into a report
  • Zero extra admin work: sponsors build their own cards; your team approves
  • New digital sponsorship tiers: sell gift bag placement, premium position, and raffle prizes
  • A paper-free sustainability story that is easy to announce to members
  • Attendee data stays in your own database and exports to CSV

Lead with: sponsor retention. This buyer cares about renewals more than attendee delight.

Path B — Event producers & agencies

A white-label digital item across your entire event portfolio

For producers and agencies running many events a year — a margin-rich digital sponsorship item that carries your client's brand, never ours.

  • 100% white-label: your organisation name, event name, colours, logo, and sender address throughout
  • Fast deployment: a new client's branding goes live in under an hour — one config file, two images
  • A differentiator in competitive pitches for event contracts
  • A recurring line item per event with no production cost
  • One platform reused across every client, each fully branded as their own

Lead with: repeatability and your own brand — or rather, the absence of ours.

Sponsor offers and local offers

Two kinds of offer, one useful bag

Local offers are what turn the bag from a sponsor brochure into something an out-of-town attendee actually opens. They are in an unfamiliar city for four days — they need dinner, a ride, and something to do.

Sponsor offers

From the event's paying sponsors

  • Product trials, demos, discounts, and content
  • Tied to a sponsor's reporting — views, leads, and redemptions
  • Built and edited by the sponsor; approved by your team

Local offers

From hospitality, transportation, and entertainment businesses in the host city

  • Restaurant and bar offers, hotel perks, airport and city transport, tours, attractions, shows
  • Recruited by the organiser or their local team — not by the sponsorship desk
  • No sponsorship fee required; they exist to make the bag genuinely useful to a visiting attendee

Sponsor retention & swag savings

What is the paper bag actually costing you?

Two levers: the production cost you stop paying, and the sponsorship revenue you keep because renewal conversations finally have numbers in them. Adjust the assumptions to your event week.

£
£

Projected annual position

Production savings per event400 attendees × £12
£4,800
Production savings per yearacross 2 event weeks
£9,600
Retained sponsorship value2 retained × £5,000
£10,000
Total first-year value
£19,600

Illustrative only — every assumption above is yours to adjust. New sellable inventory (gift bag placement, premium position, raffle prizes) sits on top of this figure.

After the doors close

Offers stay live for three months

The bag does not expire with the lanyards. Every offer stays claimable for three months after the event week closes — and the organiser controls the window, offer by offer.

For the attendee

Many attendees fly in from overseas and cannot redeem a local offer or book a demo during a four-day trip. Back in Singapore or Frankfurt, they can still act on what is in the bag.

For the sponsor

A longer tail than a paper bag ever gives — offers keep working for three months after the doors close, and every late view and lead is still counted.

For the organiser

A second reporting window after the event week ends. You set the window — shorten or extend it per offer, from a single day to the full three months.

Commercial packaging

Choose the model. We price it to your event.

Pricing depends on the model and your event size — we scope it together on a short call rather than hiding it behind a form.

SaaS — we run it

Hosted Subscription

Best for: Associations with no technical staff who want it to just work.

  • One platform, operated by us; each client gets their own branded space
  • Hosting, updates, security, backups, uptime, and support handled for you
  • Billing per event, annually with an event allowance, or base fee plus usage

Your own instance

Dedicated Managed Deployment

Best for: Clients with strict data-separation requirements — or whose legal team asks where the data lives.

  • A separate branded deployment and database per client, operated by us
  • Deployment, branding, updates, and monitoring handled for you
  • Setup fee plus annual management fee

Your brand, your portfolio

White-Label Agency Licence

Best for: Event producers and agencies offering the platform across their own client base.

  • Use the platform across your portfolio under your own brand — ours appears nowhere
  • We handle the software, updates, and technical onboarding; you own your clients
  • Annual licence with an event volume tier, or per-event fee with a floor

Add-on services

  • First-event branding and setup
  • Attendee list import and data clean-up
  • Sponsor onboarding assistance
  • Post-event sponsor report pack
  • Signage and QR artwork

Enterprise security & IT trust

Written to survive an IT review

Serverless backend, managed PostgreSQL, and access control designed to be forwarded directly to your IT contact.

Row-level database security

Row-level security policies on every table. A sponsor's queries can only ever return their own sponsor row and their own leads.

Email-gated attendee allowlists

Only registered attendees get in — verified against the organiser's imported allowlist, with a server-issued session. No self-service sign-up.

Role-based access, enforced on the server

Admin, sponsor, and attendee roles live in a dedicated roles table and are checked server-side. Permissions are never decided in the browser.

Zero data leakage across sponsors

Sponsors can never see each other's leads or analytics. That separation is enforced in the database, not just the interface.

Your data stays yours

Attendees, sponsors, submissions, and leads all export to CSV. No payment data is handled, and no attendee data beyond what they deliberately submit.

Dedicated deployment when legal requires it

A separate branded deployment and database per client is available where strict data separation is a requirement, not a preference.

Fifteen minutes. Your brand, not ours.
